! He was able to get us our dream home! Many happy tears were shed! Brad took the time to hear out every detail we wanted in a house and found the perfect one. Once we walked in we knew it was the one. He was very quick to get in contact with the other agent to see what we need to do to. He was always on the phone with them making sure this house became our home and keeping us in the loop the whole time. He was so knowledgeable with all the questions I had since I was the first time home buy of the two of us. He worked late at night and early mornings making sure that we got everything taken care of to be able to close quickly. He was quick to answer texts or calls whether we were calling him or he was calling us with any news. THANK YOU BRAD!

Buying a house for the first time is stressful and time-consuming. Brad made this experience a lot more hassle free. Brad made sure all my requests were met and questions were answered, and in very timely manner at that. There have been various changes of plans throughout the transaction process. But he was always quick on his feet and able to work out the situation in my best interest. Brad and his team made my first-time home purchase smooth and simple.

They definitely have a great system to help find the perfect house for your budget and fit/exceed what you're looking for in a house. Their communication is astounding, no matter what time of day it is they will respond promptly and make you feel like the top priority!! As a first-time home buyer, I had a different agent at first that was lacking communication and didn’t seem to care about what I was looking for in a house. With brad and his wife, they will get you the perfect house in a great timeline that fits you! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new house!

The market is crazy right now, we were looking in a very narrow area, and we delayed our homebuying decision for a year due to possible opportunities out of state.
Nevertheless, Brad was always flexible and accommodating no matter what we decided. He was early to every home showing, having all the lights turned on and giving us a quick run-through of the house information and layout. In the end, we were only really in the market for a couple months before getting a great house. That's an even faster result than some of our friends had pre-pandemic!

We came across him when we were trying to look at a house that we saw on realtor. He offered to show us the house and, being first time homebuyers, we happily took the offer. We had no idea what we were doing, but he made everything so easy to understand. Right off the bat he was very friendly, professional, and thorough. When our bid was not initially accepted, he showed us other houses. Finally, we got a call saying that our bid was picked, and he took us through the entire process. He explained every paper we were signing and was so easy to get a hold of. Even during negotiations and closing, Brad handled everything and made it stress-free. !! I really cannot say enough about this man. My husband and I are very picky which makes us quick to judge, but from our first encounter we were very comfortable with Brad. This was my first time as a home buyer, and I could not find any better realtor than Bradley.
I did not know anything about real estate, and he took the time to go into detail about any question I had, and he was always available to answer my calls or messages even midnight. The best thing was he replied to me back in a couple of SECONDS to all my messages which I think that is the extra comparing to any other realtors. He did a good job communicating my requests to the seller and he got me a good deal because he understood my situation as a first-time buyer. I felt comfortable because of his expertise on the real state which made it a good experience.
