I did not know anything about real estate, and he took the time to go into detail about any question I had, and he was always available to answer my calls or messages even midnight. The best thing was he replied to me back in a couple of SECONDS to all my messages which I think that is the extra comparing to any other realtors. He did a good job communicating my requests to the seller and he got me a good deal because he understood my situation as a first-time buyer.

Finally, we got a call saying that our bid was picked, and he took us through the entire process. He explained every paper we were signing and was so easy to get a hold of.
