He offered to show us the house and, being first time homebuyers, we happily took the offer. We had no idea what we were doing, but he made everything so easy to understand. This was my first time as a home buyer, and I could not find any better realtor than Bradley. I did not know anything about real estate, and he took the time to go into detail about any question I had, and he was always available to answer my calls or messages even midnight. The best thing was he replied to me back in a couple of SECONDS to all my messages which I think that is the extra comparing to any other realtors. He did a good job communicating my requests to the seller and he got me a good deal because he understood my situation as a first-time buyer.
